A Short Story:

The first memory was stealing dough pieces from the wooden top bench as my mother and grandmother were magically mixing together the ingredients to make these delicious savoury breadsticks.
The second is the way I learnt to count, by laying the carefully hand-shaped dough, one by one, on the cotton cloth waiting for them to dry.
The third is walking along the cobbled-stoned streets with the olive-twigs basket full of a hundred or so of those dreams, I was on my way to the baker. Then, impatiently waiting for them to come out golden brown from the wood-fire oven and run back home for the trial.
I was only five.
Thirty years later, I happily bake them with the same enthusiasm and quality ingredients as then. Now, these memories we want to share with you by making BACCO'S products range.
