BACCO’S TARALLI and BACCO’S VINES (grissini) are our handmade, high quality breadstick.

Bacco’s TARALLI are a baked product inspired by the popular Southern Italian crunchy.
It is an hand made product, using sustainable wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, sea salt and fennel seed for flavouring. Fennel seed is known to have a palate cleansing property which enhances the flavour of any food and drink consumed with it.
Bacco’s Taralli have no preservatives. The particular hand made preparation and ingredient choice makes them a unique product on the Australian market.
Try them with a coffee.

Bacco’s VINES are a baked product inspired by the popular Northern Italian "Grissini Stirati", which means streatched breadstick. The dough is carefully handled by our bakers, than rolled and stretched to produce a unique texture and crunch.

Have them with your preferred charcuterie board or as a light bread snack.
